Smart Dog

I see a large dog. My Sharingan immediately identifies it as intelligent based on its micropatterns. Well, I'm a smart person, so I try to make contact. An old woman comes up and starts telling me that this dog is registered to her and is being vaccinated and cared for. I say: this is the first time I've seen a smart dog. The old woman says yes, it is smart. In general, a dog's size directly affects its intelligence and micropatterns. You'd think, "You're big, why save?" But the bigger the dog, the more they micromanage potential damage. Does this apply to people? Yes. Especially women. Besides the fact that the same woman, 5/10 at 170 cm, would become 3/10 at 160 cm and 7/10 at 180 cm (facts). The same applies to intelligence. Regarding people. I've never met anyone smarter than me. But while someone above me might be smarter, even hypothetically, among those below me, judging by the conversations, it's impossible to even hypothetically assume such a thing. So, taller = smarter is a basic law of physiology. This applies to comparisons within the same species and subspecies.
