The mafia is a civil service

I'll just state the obvious. Like, everything they're selling five minutes ago was legally available in stores: weapons, slaves, drugs. Even the murder of a commoner (meaning a slave) could often be gotten off with a modest payment to the owner. So, organizing all this by bribing and befriending officials. Well. It looks like a personal criminal initiative. In reality, there's no human will involved. They can ban anything, and then, through such flimsy schemes, re-authorize it for a ton of money. What's actually banned is actually done by about one person in 10 million. Whereas these fake bans only provoke neurosis. And they ruin lives. Any ban makes life worse. One way or another, in an anthill, everything is banned. The current set of bans and permits is simply a specific action of the anthill. I mean, a single action. So, you're digging something. Blood in the muscles, nerve signals, some muscles tense, others moving. And this is one action. So it is with an anthill. All laws and projects are one action.
