The main problem of all worlds

Victory through cooperation is a very strange and counterintuitive mechanic for me. Let me explain. I'm not against communication, clubs, relationships. But I don't like building or fighting collectively. It gives an advantage to the organizers, not to those who have developed something specific. Ultimately, it's impossible to run away, hide, or even defeat the dominating society. I would leave only love and parties, and make all leveling and everyday life a personal matter for each person, pointless to interfere with. No damn cooperation. To hell with cities and villages. Only wild forests, dugouts, and magic. Artificialism instead of everything else is the disgusting destiny of technogenic worlds. Take away these things, and a person with the power of an archmage will become more helpless than an animal. The fact that abilities are tied to endless, dreary cooperation with others, and separated from these forms of cooperation, they lose almost all meaning. Well, that's the most stupid ability development possible. Almost all the leveling mechanics in our world baffle me. Like, do the same old push-ups and you'll get more or less strong. WHAT? Why the hell do boring, repetitive actions, eating on a schedule, and listening to some dumbass (a trainer) make you a strong, healthy person, while amazing hiking trips turn you (who fell down a hill) into an ordinary person with blisters and a sore back? If I were creating a world, repetitive actions wouldn't provide much in the way of leveling. In principle, I'd emphasize lifestyle diversity and stat development through exploration and self-discovery. People, in my opinion, have extremely complex, nuanced, and diverse personalities. At the same time, when forced into social mechanisms with minimal options, human behavior is simplified into dull patterns, but that's not people's fault. The physics of our world are very complex and very inconvenient. It's as if we're wasting all our souls' resources on mindless survival and minimal comfort, instead of satisfying all the lofty moral and aesthetic ideals we possess. If collective action is reduced to a minimum, then all forms of slavery lose their relevance. In my opinion, mania is a slightly distorted thirst for power. And in a world without organizations, almost all motives for evil against people disappear. Strong antagonists would still exist, but everyone would have a serious motivation to harm people. Banal atrocities, where a person is simply assigned to commit evil and "work," shouldn't exist. People would sense different paths of development and be able to predict what each will lead to: strength, longevity, experiences. Everyone would have the opportunity to develop greatly and understand a great deal. I simply wouldn't create NPCs. Meaning, they wouldn't produce so many that the extra offspring would drag out a miserable, simple, uninteresting life. "Knowledge." I wouldn't create mechanics for them to be useful. Only concrete experiences of interaction and, occasionally, schematic descriptions of phenomena from acquaintances. There's a saying, "If you need magic, magic won't help you." The truth is, people don't need magic; they need freedom. A seed planted in good soil will grow well. In fact, the dull, boring mechanics of everything in our world are the reason most people have such uninteresting lives.
